My house had a roof leak and water pipe break so I filed a claim with my insurance company and the had me use their "preferred company". That "preferred company" completely botched the job causing more damage to my home. Out of panic I called BCC construction and found David. He came out right away and assessed the situation. Since then, David and his crew at BCC have advocated for me and have made me feel like I am their top priority. He has taken care of insurance not wanting to pay for the damages and answered the phone every time I have had concerns. BCC is very reliable and truly cares about their clients. I am so grateful to this company for walking me through this terrible time in my life and I truly believe this is the best restoration company you will ever find!

When we discovered damage under our kitchen from an active dishwasher leak, our plumber referred us to BCC and I’m so he glad! BCC was fantastic. Our project manager, Tim Wilder, helped us navigate every step of the mitigation and repair process. We so appreciated his wisdom, positivity, and patience. I highly recommend BCC and would absolutely hire them again!

Our kitchen and living room flooded because our previous contractor hit a waterline while working on our siding and was devastating to say the least. Our family was scarred and was not ready to trust another contractor to handle our home, but we searched anyway and found Robinson Restoration/BCC Restoration. They were a complete 180 from our previous contractors. Very professional, friendly, and was very patient with our family while we sorted things out (emphasis on patient). They have a really handy system where they have a mitigation AND restoration team, so things are streamlined and communication is easier. Jake and his mitigation team were professional and explained processes thoroughly, so we were well-prepared and aware. Jake especially was awesome !! He was very caring and kind (which was a much needed after dealing with our previous contractors…) We were also lucky to have had Tim, MJ, Erik, Don, and Paul work on our restoration. Additional shoutout to MJ for being genuinely so caring and detail oriented. He went out of his way multiple times (when he didn’t have to) so that we could live more comfortably during our restoration and looked out for us. This was very helpful because our parents weren’t involved due to the language barrier, so the kids had to sort everything out and MJ was a light in the storm. Thank you! We were very lucky to have worked with such an amazing crew on both mitigation and restoration. If you need any restoration work, I highly recommend going with BCC & Robinson !!

We had the misfortune of a water leak that required the replacement of flooring, carpets, cabinetry, wood and tile and repainting our great room/kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The difficulty and disruption from that work was eased substantially by the BCC team of Tim, Don, Fred and Kyle. I was very impressed with their friendliness, competence, efficiency, thoroughness and honesty. Each of the tradesmen showed a personal commitment to complete first-class work without shortcuts. I strongly recommend them.

This company is absolutely amazing! We had bad water damage and they were able to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would to thank Don P for going above and beyond! He was very kind and did such an amazing job! If you need anything done I highly recommend Don!

Tim, MJ, little Mike and all the crew members did such a wonderful job repairing my kitchen after a flooded dishwasher pump ruined my cabinets and floor. They were quick to solve problems for me and offered a wide varitey of flooring and counter top options. They also were very personable and friendly making an excellent customer service experience. I would highly recommend BCC for all your remodeling needs! My kitchen looks brand new and I'm very happy with the results.

BCC has been great! We had a water leak and they have been on top of it from the beginning. Don has been on site and on time daily, leaves the house clean and tidy, and is a joy to chat with and have around. He’s very talented in his trade and has impressive craftsmanship! Tim has kept the project moving and has updated us almost daily with where the project stands. MJ & Blain have been great as well! Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration or remodel services!

BCC recently did some major repair work on my home from start to finish their team (Tim,Don,Brian and Rick) did such a wonderful job in making sure I knew what was going to happen next The quality of Don’s workmanship work was spot on. Very professional and respectful. Dan went out of his way to make sure my vinyl flooring and trim was done to perfection. Thank you Tim for finding a company who molded my stair bullnose looks so awesome Tim keep me updated every day. Also stopping by to do follow ups on my house. Thank you to Bryan. Who did such a wonderful job on repairing my walls and I can’t even tell where it was repaired. Awesome job and last to Rick your paint job is so nice it completed my house back to home. Excellent job, making sure no paint was not where it wasn’t supposed to be. The quality of everybody’s work exceeded my expectations. They cleaned up the mess they made every day. Thank you BCC Restoration!! Just wanted everyone to know, we had the very best crew starting with Mike Harbaugh Foreman, Dave Hollomon, his co-worker Edgar, not limited to Mondo the tile guy and the many that pack out our home. They always showed up on time, very professional and worked endlessly to complete the restoration cause by water damage! This company was very helpful throughout the process, friendly, and very professional. Mike the project manager checked frequently on how things were going and was easy to work with. The workers Armando, Edgar, and Maks were super friendly, always showed up when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done.
