Our work was completed in a professional manner and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The carpet and trim work done by Mike, Randy and Joey was great, while Blain did excellent work on the drywall. The insulation was done quickly by D'Angelo. Robinson / BCC responded immediately (and over the new year holiday weekend). We worked with Tyler Long, who came early the next morning to look at the damage, and explain next steps to us. He arranged for the cleanup and demo crew to come the next day, and they were able to complete the job over 3 days. Troy and Armando showed up every day, on time, and worked diligently to lay out the necessary drying equipment and remove the damage. Troy, Armando, and the Robinson team worked over the weekend new years holiday. They showed us areas of damage, and kept us informed the entire time. Most recently, we had a pipe leak in our pantry which resulted in the entire ceiling and part of the walls being torn out by a plumber. Nathan came to assess the damage and deal with insurance. He was great to work with and very responsive. Mike came in and did all the rebuilding- drywall, texturing, painting, and reinstalling the shelves and the door. He was courteous, professional, and hard-working. BCC seems to hire some great people! We would definitely use them again...although I'm hoping we don't have to! 🙂 hide

We called several companies for bids and BCC Restoration is the Company that we decided to go with. Patrick is the reason that we chose this company. He was a straight shooter and he knows his stuff. He walked us through the process and took care of the problem until it was fixed. Patrick also introduced us to Tyler Robinson who heads up the remodeling side of things. Tyler is as good as it gets. He is so knowledgeable about the insurance claims process that you feel like you have someone that is going to look out for you and take care of you and fix your home. Tyler is honest, reliable, communicative, and thorough. I also believe that he is fair and he puts the customer first. Mike his foreman is also a one of kind employee. He starts the job early and leaves late making sure that they leave no trace after they are done working for the day. Mike also does amazing finishing work. The job that he did on our backsplash was superb. His crew, Aaron and Jason, worked very hard on our wood floor and we could not be happier with the outcome. Last, but not least, is Eric the drywall specialist. His ability to hide holes and cracks is great. He saved us a lot of work with his skill and for that we are grateful. In summary, if you want a restoration job done well, with people that you can trust, and with workers who know their craft, look no further than BCC Restoration.
