Thank you so much to Nate, for the excellent communication and easing our every little worry throughout our kitchen restoration, we love the finished product! Also are super grateful to Paul and Ian for negotiating with our insurance when they wanted us to restore our kitchen for pennies. They ensured we were able to get a fair amount when our insurance nickel and dimed us. Truly we would not have been able to get such a beautiful kitchen if it weren’t for Nate and his team, Ian and Paul. Our kitchen looks better than it did before the water damage!

We had a great experience from beginning to end with BCC. David was the lead for our project and was very knowledgeable and responsive for any questions or concerns that we might have had. Brandon was the other main guy on site that made sure that everything was done right and did a thorough walk through at the end to make sure there were no mistakes.

Over half of our house was damaged by a broken sprinkler head in January 2024. BCC Restoration restored our house so that it was much better than it was previously. David lead the restoration for BCC along with Walter, Brandon. All of their sub-contractors were awesome too. Honestly, they made a nightmare scenario for us into a dream home. Great communication and excellent workmanship. They were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Nate and Ian were very helpful and if it wasn’t for these guys pushing back at our insurance adjuster we wouldn’t have had it covered for the repairs from the water damage in our bathroom. Just watch out for Nate cuz he’ll force ya to adopt cute stray kitties that will melt your heart strings! Thanks again guys we appreciate your hard work! The crew was fun as hell also! Peace y’all!

What can I say about Nate and Ian that my wife hasn't already said in her review except again the wife is right. We were inexperienced with insurance claims and how that process works but Ian walked us through the process and took the stress off our shoulders. Nate our project manager always kept great communication on every step of the process, let alone being a hands on problem solver when unexpected issues arise. Nate and his team, Karl who made our countertops look amazing and Justin with his drywall expertise delivered a stunning remodel and restoration. I recommend working with these guys. We unfortunately experienced a water loss this year that caused damage in our kitchen and two bathrooms, which resulted in drywall and flooring needing to be replaced. David and his team jumped into action right away with the the mitigation portion of work. From their his rebuild team of Walter and Bradon came in and did an outstanding job of putting our house back together. All three were very professional throughout the process and finished on time with quality workmanship. I would highly recommend BCC Restoration for these types of services if needed. Huge shout out to David, Walter, Isaac, and Alex at BCC! They did a beautiful job fixing our house after a flood over a year ago. They helped us with the insurance battle to get the money needed and have been more than professional, supportive and attentive during the entire rebuild process. I don’t wish a flood, or any other disaster on anyone, but if you have one, this is the company to help you get through it!

BCC Restoration completed a job on our home that started with basement flood damage repair. We were so pleased with the work and service they provided, we ended up expanding the job to include remodel work throughout the house. We would especially like to thank Tim W. and Don for their outstanding customer service throughout the process. Great guys! They did what they said they would do, on budget and on time. Really can't ask for more.

My house had a roof leak and water pipe break so I filed a claim with my insurance company and the had me use their "preferred company". That "preferred company" completely botched the job causing more damage to my home. Out of panic I called BCC construction and found David. He came out right away and assessed the situation. Since then, David and his crew at BCC have advocated for me and have made me feel like I am their top priority. He has taken care of insurance not wanting to pay for the damages and answered the phone every time I have had concerns. BCC is very reliable and truly cares about their clients. I am so grateful to this company for walking me through this terrible time in my life and I truly believe this is the best restoration company you will ever find!

When we discovered damage under our kitchen from an active dishwasher leak, our plumber referred us to BCC and I’m so he glad! BCC was fantastic. Our project manager, Tim Wilder, helped us navigate every step of the mitigation and repair process. We so appreciated his wisdom, positivity, and patience. I highly recommend BCC and would absolutely hire them again!

Our kitchen and living room flooded because our previous contractor hit a waterline while working on our siding and was devastating to say the least. Our family was scarred and was not ready to trust another contractor to handle our home, but we searched anyway and found Robinson Restoration/BCC Restoration. They were a complete 180 from our previous contractors. Very professional, friendly, and was very patient with our family while we sorted things out (emphasis on patient). They have a really handy system where they have a mitigation AND restoration team, so things are streamlined and communication is easier. Jake and his mitigation team were professional and explained processes thoroughly, so we were well-prepared and aware. Jake especially was awesome !! He was very caring and kind (which was a much needed after dealing with our previous contractors…) We were also lucky to have had Tim, MJ, Erik, Don, and Paul work on our restoration. Additional shoutout to MJ for being genuinely so caring and detail oriented. He went out of his way multiple times (when he didn’t have to) so that we could live more comfortably during our restoration and looked out for us. This was very helpful because our parents weren’t involved due to the language barrier, so the kids had to sort everything out and MJ was a light in the storm. Thank you! We were very lucky to have worked with such an amazing crew on both mitigation and restoration. If you need any restoration work, I highly recommend going with BCC & Robinson !!

When you see 5 star ratings across the board, you might be wondering how they get such incredible reviews.. well here's how, we had a pipe burst in our kitchen wall, causing extensive water damage in our home, Dawson came out with Robinson restoration to do a proper remediation, then BCC estimator David came out promptly to give us and our insurance a fair repairs estimate & was so respectful of our home, our family, listened to our fears & was just so overall professional. After nearly 2 months of our insurance adjuster not working with the estimate provided, our adjuster asked us to break our services agreement in order to use one of their own, David listened to the reasons & graciously wished us the best. We couldn't have had a better experience BCC's conduct & wish that we were able to use this incredible company for the rest of our remediation.Thank you BCC! This company is absolutely amazing! We had bad water damage and they were able to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would to thank Don P for going above and beyond! He was very kind and did such an amazing job! If you need anything done I highly recommend Don!

We had the misfortune of a water leak that required the replacement of flooring, carpets, cabinetry, wood and tile and repainting our great room/kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The difficulty and disruption from that work was eased substantially by the BCC team of Tim, Don, Fred and Kyle. I was very impressed with their friendliness, competence, efficiency, thoroughness and honesty. Each of the tradesmen showed a personal commitment to complete first-class work without shortcuts. I strongly recommend them.

Tim, MJ, little Mike and all the crew members did such a wonderful job repairing my kitchen after a flooded dishwasher pump ruined my cabinets and floor. They were quick to solve problems for me and offered a wide varitey of flooring and counter top options. They also were very personable and friendly making an excellent customer service experience. I would highly recommend BCC for all your remodeling needs! My kitchen looks brand new and I'm very happy with the results.

BCC has been great! We had a water leak and they have been on top of it from the beginning. Don has been on site and on time daily, leaves the house clean and tidy, and is a joy to chat with and have around. He’s very talented in his trade and has impressive craftsmanship! Tim has kept the project moving and has updated us almost daily with where the project stands. MJ & Blain have been great as well! BCC recently did some major repair work on my home from start to finish their team (Tim,Don,Brian and Rick) did such a wonderful job in making sure I knew what was going to happen next The quality of Don’s workmanship work was spot on. Very professional and respectful. Dan went out of his way to make sure my vinyl flooring and trim was done to perfection. Who did such a wonderful job on repairing my walls and I can’t even tell where it was repaired. Awesome job and last to Rick your paint job is so nice it completed my house back to home. Thank you BCC Restoration! We had pipes break in February 2023, it is now October 2023. We hired BCCC Restoration company to repair and remodel our home after it was damaged. From the very first, they showed up, they were very professional, they took pride in everything they did, from drying, the house out, tearing out wet sheet rock, replacing the hardwood floors though out the house! Replacing the tile, and trim, packing out the house. We would recommend BCC and the crew, Foreman Mike Harbaugh, Dave Hollomon, Edgar, Mondo tile guy, and everyone who helped pack our personal property out and back into the home. This company was very helpful throughout the process, friendly, and very professional. Mike the project manager checked frequently on how things were going and was easy to work with. The workers Armando, Edgar, and Maks were super friendly, always showed up when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done.

BCC is absolutely the best ever! I've seen others repairs and there's no comparison!! All the guys were so pro & easy to talk with for everything! Mike ran the teams & did periodic checks to make sure we were happy. Max for the HVAC & insulation, Blain did the drywall, Dave did all the trim & OMG, regrouted the tile kitchen like a pro!! Edgar handled the painting perfectly! I just can't say enuf about all the work. Our home is better than ever and we're extremely ecstatic for all!

Brett was the contractor that was assigned to do the repair at my home. His work is amazing, you can’t tell there was any damage at all. Very professional and always on time.
